Inside Sales Professional (Remote)

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:
    Proactively identify and engage new sales opportunities through a combination of inbound lead follow-up and outbound prospecting efforts, including cold calling, email outreach, and targeted campaigns.

  • Outbound Sales Execution:
    Conduct high-volume outbound calls and strategic email communications to initiate conversations, qualify interest, and position company services effectively within target markets.

  • Lead Qualification & Pipeline Development:
    Assess prospects based on defined qualification criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline) to ensure alignment with company offerings. Accurately document and manage all activities within the CRM system.

  • Opportunity Routing & Sales Coordination:
    Seamlessly transition qualified leads to com
    pany leadership or senior sales personnel for advanced discussions, proposal development, and deal closure, ensuring continuity and professionalism in the sales process.

  • Quota Achievement:
    Consistently meet or exceed quarterly appointment-setting targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), contributing directly to revenue pipeline growth.

  • Market Research & Targeting:
    Leverage provided prospect lists and independent research to identify key decision-makers, understand organizational needs, and tailor outreach strategies to generate interest and engagement.

  • CRM Management & Data Integrity:
    Maintain and continuously expand the company’s prospect database by accurately inputting, updating, and tracking lead information, interactions, and pipeline status within the CRM platform.

  • Relationship Development:
    Build and nurture early-stage relationships with prospects through consistent follow-up, value-driven communication, and professional engagement to increase conversion rates.

  • Performance Tracking & Reporting:
    Monitor outreach effectiveness, track engagement metrics, and provide regular updates on pipeline activity, conversion rates, and appointment outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Proven Inside Sales Experience:
    Demonstrated success in an inside sales, business development, or lead generation role, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets and appointment quotas.

  • High-Volume Outreach Capability:
    Strong phone presence with the ability to confidently conduct a high volume of outbound calls daily, maintain engagement, handle objections, and effectively communicate value propositions.

  • Prospecting & Research Skills:
    Proficient in using online tools and resources to identify and validate contact information, including direct phone numbers and email addresses, when not readily available. Ability to research organizations and decision-makers to support targeted outreach.

  • Healthcare Industry Familiarity:
    Working knowledge of the day-to-day operations of medical practices (e.g., scheduling workflows, EHR systems, compliance considerations, front/back office processes) to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals.

  • Basic IT Knowledge:
    Foundational understanding of Information Technology concepts, terminology, and services (e.g., networks, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, managed IT services) to support informed conversations with prospects.

  • CRM Proficiency:
    Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar systems. Ability to manage pipelines, track interactions, and maintain accurate, up-to-date records.

  • Communication Skills:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas, build rapport, and engage decision-makers. Must be fluent in English.

  • Active Listening & Presentation Ability:
    Strong listening skills to accurately assess prospect needs and tailor messaging accordingly. Ability to present solutions in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.

  • Time Management & Multitasking:
    Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, follow-ups, and deadlines in a fast-paced sales environment while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Professionalism & Work Ethic:
    Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

  • Education (Preferred):
    Some college coursework or relevant professional training preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.
